The Service

NeonDanceAI lets adults upload two photos, one for each dancer, and generate an AI dance video inspired by the A2O LITE "NEON" duo intro for entertainment. Independent fan-made tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by A2O Entertainment, A2O LITE, its members or the choreographers of "NEON". Generated videos are synthetic; they do not represent a real performance or endorsement.

By creating an account, purchasing a video pack, or submitting a task, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

Age, Accounts, and Upload Authorization

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.

Before uploading, confirm that each photo depicts you or that you have permission from the depicted person and the necessary rights to the photo. Photos of anyone under 18 require permission from a parent or guardian. You may not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, including K-pop idols. Authorization to use a photograph does not automatically include permission to use another person's likeness.

Prohibited Use

Do not upload or create illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive content; content exploiting minors; non-consensual intimate content; harmful impersonation; fraud; harassment; threats; or material violating copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights. Do not bypass payment, access controls, or safety restrictions. Do not present an AI video as authentic footage or an endorsement.

We may reject tasks, restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts to address abuse, rights complaints, security incidents, or legal requirements.

Your Content

You retain any rights you already hold in your photos. You grant us and the providers processing your task a limited license to store, transmit, and transform them to deliver, secure, and support the service. We do not obtain permission to publish your photos or videos in advertising merely because you use the tool.

AI output may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or similarities to other output. We do not guarantee uniqueness, intellectual-property protection, or rights to commercial exploitation of third-party music, choreography, names, voices, or likenesses. Review your result and obtain any additional permissions before publishing it. If you add music when you post, use the sound under the license of the platform you post on.

Video Packs and Payment

We offer one-time packs of 1 to 10 videos. These purchases do not create a subscription or recurring charge. The current price and currency appear on the pricing page and Stripe Checkout. Each submitted generation uses one video's allowance, recorded internally as credits. Allowances are account-specific, non-transferable, and are not cash.

Failed tasks automatically return the allowance deducted for that task. Successfully generated videos are not refundable because of subjective dissatisfaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Payment corrections and other refund requests are described in our Refund Policy.

Availability and Responsibility

Processing is asynchronous and depends on third-party capacity and technical conditions. We do not promise an exact completion time or permanent file storage. Download videos you wish to keep. We may change or pause the service; contact support about paid allowances affected by an interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
